The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and asks you for nothing. If we end up working together, that starts because you chose to email or call me.
Who is responsible
Jennifer D. Ashford, a sole practitioner based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, operates this site. For any question about this policy or your information, write to [email protected] or call (405) 885-0357.
What this site collects
Nothing directly. There is no contact form, no account, no newsletter signup, and no comment section. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels of any kind.
What happens automatically
Two ordinary things happen when any browser loads any website, and they happen here:
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare records standard request data — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent — to serve the page, block attacks, and keep the service running. I do not receive a copy of those logs and cannot use them to identify you. Cloudflare describes its handling in its own privacy policy.
- Fonts. The typefaces come from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers, which reveals your IP address to Google. See Google's privacy policy. Nothing else on this page is loaded from a third party.
If you contact me
When you email or call, I keep what you send — your name, contact details, and whatever you tell me about your business — for as long as it takes to answer you and, if we work together, for as long as our working relationship and my record keeping require. Email to this domain is handled by Google Workspace. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone except where a service I use to run my business needs it to do its job, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email [email protected] and I will respond within a reasonable time. Because the site collects nothing on its own, in most cases there is simply nothing on file until you have written to me.

This site links to other places — Cancha, OK Phoenix FC, Instagram, and Facebook. Once you follow a link, that site's privacy policy governs, not this one.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
